By accessing or using SteadyDancer's image-to-video animation service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.

SteadyDancer provides an AI image-to-video animation service that transforms a single reference image into coherent video sequences with first-frame preservation and video-driven motion control. The service is intended for creative, social, and professional content creation.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

SteadyDancer provides AI-powered image-to-video generation. You may use the service only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse the service, generate harmful or illegal content, infringe others' rights, or assist others in doing so. Compliance with applicable laws and platform policies is required.

SteadyDancer may operate on credits or subscriptions to generate videos. Credits must be purchased through our payment system. Unless required by law or explicitly stated, purchases are non-refundable. Credits may be subject to account status and closure policies.

You may upload reference images, driving videos, and prompts to generate AI-created videos. You retain rights to your uploads and outputs, while granting us a limited license to process, host, and deliver them as needed to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to all content you upload.

You may not use SteadyDancer to generate content that is illegal, harmful, violent, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; to attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the models; or to bypass safety features. Commercial use may require additional permissions.

SteadyDancer is an AI-powered service and may produce imperfect results. Generated videos may contain artifacts, identity drift, motion inaccuracies, or other inconsistencies. We do not guarantee accuracy, quality, or suitability for any particular purpose.

Our service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall SteadyDancer, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SteadyDancer regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
